PVC Insulated Electrical FR HR Insulated Wires
To add to the existing range of electrical wires, K. Flex introduces - Flame Retardant PVC insulated electrical wires, Fr Hr Insulated Wires etc
Each wire is manufactured using 99.97% pure, electrolytic grade, bright annealed bare copper with more than 100% conductivity better purity & conductivity. of copper ensures greater saving of electrical energy and thus helps to reduce electricity bills. The conductor is made of multiple strands of finely drawn copper wires which leads more flexibility into these wires thereby considered as ideal wires for conduit wiring.
The wires are insulated with a Flame Retardant (FR) PVC compound which helps in restricting or opposing spread of fire even at very extreme temperatures. All wires are subjected to high voltage spark testing to make sure that there are no weak spots in the insulation can lead any mis happening or disaster. This FR / HR / PVC compound has a high oxygen and temperature index.
These wires meet the requirements of IS 694 : 1990 and tested under standard quality parameters. They are also offer Flame Retardant (FR) properties which means extra protection against fires, electrical shock, short circuit etc.
